This will be my new go to gift for any person in my team who is in a leadership role!

It’s so hard to believe that’s no one has written a book on Network Marketing Leadership, but then again it makes sense that Ray and Jessica Higdon were the first ones to do it. They possess such a special skill to see what the marketplace needs and desires. And boy, did they deliver with this book.I wish I had this book in 2009 when I started in this profession. I did EVERYTHING that the book says not to do, but since we can’t change time and go back in the past, I’m super grateful that this book exists. From this point on, every leader in my team will have this book (and the Higdons’ other book FESM) in their hand when they show that they want to build a team. I want to make sure that their path starts the right way and if they follow what this book teaches, I’m sure that their business will be built on a solid foundation.If you’re debating whether to get this book or not - DO IT and you won’t regret it one bit. At $13 this book is a deal of the century, as it can bring such a huge return on investment, I don’t think it could be calculated :)

One of my biggest hurdles has been what to do when I get a big team. How do I lead, how do I answer questions, how do I inspire others who have the same goals I have. This book is the answer to my prayers!! It explains in very simple steps exactly what to do in every leadership network marketing scenario I had a question about. What I like the best is that I trust the info because Ray has built a large team and the book is referenced from personal experience, including the mistakes he has made and what has worked well. I haven’t finished the book yet, but I love how it lays out principals I didn’t think of AND other concepts I have been trained on but only surface-deep. This book goes more into the “why” of what you may or may not have been trained on including the good that can come of implementing the strategies and the bad that can result of either not implementing them. I bought extra copies to share with a few of my leaders and up-and-coming leaders. I can see mistakes I made with a few of my team members that I wish I could take back.... but I know what to do and not to do going forward! Great book!
